For more intricate designs that demand extra attention—such as hand-stitched leather boots with decorative buckles, beaded evening sandals, or multi-layered platform heels—processing times may extend to 3–4 working days. This additional time allows our quality team to check every detail: verifying that stitching on delicate fabrics is secure, ensuring embellishments (like pearls or studs) are firmly attached, and confirming that zippers or closures glide smoothly. Please note: Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST on Fridays, or over weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day. In short: Most unworn, unaltered shoes can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they’re in their original condition with tags, dust bags, and any attached accessories (like shoe charms) intact. Custom-made styles (such as personalized monogrammed shoes) may have specific guidelines, which are clearly noted on their product pages.

We package every pair with care—using dust bags to protect leather, rigid boxes to prevent crushing, and tissue paper to maintain shape—to ensure they arrive perfect. But if your shoes arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., a scuffed toe, loose stitching, or wrong size), please notify us right away.

To resolve this quickly, contact us through our “Contact Us” page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a copy of the delivery note. Our team will review your claim promptly and arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund—whichever you prefer—at no extra cost. If we need the damaged item returned for inspection, we’ll cover the return shipping fees.
